Shipping policy

Orders can’t be cancelled if it has been more than 24 hours since it has been placed.

We are a drop ship company and items go into production 24 hours after orders are placed. Your order will be received in 3-4 weeks. We do our best to update tracking numbers but we may not receive them at the time they are shipped.

Unfortunately, we can’t make a claim on lost packages until 30 days have passed since shipped. If there is damage to your package please make sure to photograph your package and keep the box and packaging until the claim has been resolved.

We are not responsible for duties or taxes charged to our international customers…please know ahead of time what customs are applicable in your country.
